The National Billiards Open is back once again. This time round, we have an added incentive of sending the Champion to the Asian Billiards Championship held in Goa, India.

Here is a brief summary of the details:

• Closing Date: 13 Feb
• Draw Date: 14 Feb
• Commencement Date: 20 Feb
• Entry Fee: $40/-
• Finals: 23 Feb (depending on number of players)
• Format:
  • If more than 16 players = Straight Knockout, Best of 3 Frames, 100 up or 30 mins
  • If less than 16 players = Round-robin, Best of 1 Frame, 150 up or 45 mins

Toh Chee Keong, recent runner-up at the AUTOINC National Snooker Open Championships will be representing Singapore at the 2011 IBSF World Snooker Championships being held in Bangalore, India.

FIXTURES :      OPEN  |  OPEN - LAST 32 | LADIES | U19

The highly anticipated National Pool Championships are here once again. We will kick off with the National 8 ball in Dec '11(Open, Ladies & U-19) first followed by the National 9 ball(Open & Ladies) in Jan '11. These 2 events will be played at Klassic Club Pte Ltd, located at 1 Jalan Berseh, #02-02 New World Centre, Singapore 209037.

Some details of the tournaments are as follows:

- Entry fee : $60 for Open category, $40 for Ladies and $30 for U-19. Special package price if u register for more than one event.
- Single Elimination with no 'table punch' format.- Top 16 seeded players to play from 'Last 32 round' (Refer to www.cuesports.org.sg for the latest rankings)
- Games will be played on Mon-Thu evenings and Sun morning.
- Participants will also receive an Event Polo T-shirt upon registration.

Closing date: Friday, 9 Dec 2011
Draw date: Monday, 13 Dec 2011
Date of commencement: Sunday, 18 Dec 2011
Champion Prize : Open - $2000, Ladies - $500 and U19 - $500 + lucky draw.
